Welcome to Freshomix. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freshomix website, mobile applications, and aqua fitness services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use our Services.
Our Services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

The content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Freshomix and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our express written consent.
Our Services may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials.
Any content you post to our Services will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any content on our Services, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.
You represent and warrant that all content you provide complies with these Terms and that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post.

We cannot guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Services is accessed at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freshomix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freshomix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Be'er Sheva, Israel.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our Services.
